Zepkin provides an on-demand home trial fashion service connecting users with local inventory hubs and partner sellers. We facilitate delivery, trial, and purchase transactions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate delivery details, be present at the delivery location during the scheduled slot, handle items responsibly during trial, and not misuse the service or attempt fraudulent returns. Zepkin reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in abuse or policy violations.
All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable charges unless otherwise stated. A delivery fee may apply. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Zepkin does not store payment credentials.
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch without penalty. Once the delivery partner is dispatched, cancellation may not be allowed.
Zepkin shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic or external conditions, service unavailability outside geo-fenced areas, or indirect/consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Solapur, Maharashtra.
Zepkin currently operates in select geo-fenced areas in Solapur.
Zepkin operates on a “Try Before You Buy” model. If you keep one or more items, payment will be processed accordingly. If no items are kept, the delivery fee may be retained as a service charge. The service fee is disclosed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment. For COD transactions, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.
Cancellation of an order is allowed until the delivery runner is out for delivery. Once the order is marked as "out for delivery" or the partner is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Items marked as “Kept” after trial window closure are considered Final Sale. No post-delivery returns or exchanges are accepted because the user has already inspected the item during the trial process. Once an item is sold, the transaction is complete.
Zepkin collects only the information necessary to operate our home trial and retail services. This may include: full name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, live location (for serviceability routing), device information, and transaction details. We do not collect biometric data or store payment card details on our servers.
Your data is used strictly for order fulfillment, trial window verification, customer support, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third-party advertising networks.
All payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways. Payment data is encrypted and handled by certified payment service providers.
User data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with restricted access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL), and role-based access controls.
Subject to applicable laws, you may request access to your personal data, request correction, or request deletion of your account by contacting our Grievance Officer.
